Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information GEMSDRIFT collects, why, and how we protect it. We collect only what we need to run a trustworthy catalogue and conversation platform.

Information we collect

Account data — name, email, country, and password hash. Dealer KYC data — CNIC, optional business details, and private documents used for verification. Inquiry data — name, phone, and messages shared with the relevant dealer. Anonymous view data — a short-lived deduplication key and timestamps, not unnecessary visitor identity.

How we use it

To operate accounts, verify dealers, publish listings, support inquiries and conversations, provide private analytics, moderate content, and keep the marketplace safe.

Private documents

KYC documents are stored privately and are accessible only to the submitting dealer and authorized review staff. They are never included in public listing data.

Sharing

We share inquiry contact details and messages with the relevant dealer so they can respond. We do not import or copy media from social platforms and do not sell personal data.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions are signed, private documents are access-controlled, and secrets are never exposed to the browser.
