These terms govern your use of GEMSDRIFT, a catalogue connecting verified gemstone dealers with buyers. By using the platform you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts and roles

Buyers may browse, inquire, and converse with dealers. Dealers may create listings after completing the available identity verification and receiving store approval. Keep your credentials secure.

2. Dealer verification

Dealers must provide accurate CNIC information and may optionally provide business credentials. Misrepresentation may result in listing or account suspension.

3. Listings and disclosure

Dealers must describe stones honestly, disclose treatments, provide photos, and use public YouTube links that they are authorized to share. GEMSDRIFT may moderate or remove listings.

4. Phase One scope

GEMSDRIFT currently provides catalogue browsing, dealer inquiries, conversations, WhatsApp continuation, moderation, and private listing analytics. Checkout, payments, shipping, settlements, payouts, refunds, and disputes are not enabled.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the platform for fraud, money laundering, trade in conflict materials, or any unlawful purpose. We may remove listings and suspend accounts that breach these terms.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified on the platform.
